Pop up cameras

Does anyone know what all the pop up cameras on Port Hill, Beane Rd and outside the hospital are?

Some sort of traffic survey I guess. They were putting them up around half six this morning in conjunction with cables across the road and old folk in cars. They stretch out of town along the A414 to Tesco at Hatfield.

That's some image of old folk being rolled out and put in stationary cars for the day Hope something comes out of it.

The cameras I saw being attached to roadsigns yesterday seem to have gone today, as have the seniors in their cars. Some of the sensor cables across the A414 are still in situ though.
