I thought this was going to be another Bebo cafe who are from Welwyn Garden City, but the sign says Pages? Any ideas?

Before that it was a greengrocers, Bob Cook, before that a greengrocer and florist Bernard Nichols who was bombed out of Mill Bridge and before that Roses stationers .........hence locals called it Roses Corner!

ah, now clearly hertford doesnt need another cafe, but bebo in welwyn is indeed extremely good, so that would be great if it is a renamed bebo?

Seems to be happening - there's a mention on their WGC page that they're opening soon in Hertford.
