The aim is to get as many people in to the stadium as possible to cheer on the team (in their penultimate league match vs Leverstock Green) and make as much noise as possible and have loads of fun. A great day as usual. I understand less people attended compared to last year. Probably a bit due to the weather but I can't help thinking this could be publicized a lot better. Not just fans day, but the fact you can enjoy a cheap drink whilst watching a game of footy and supporting your local club. On a nice day the kids really enjoy it too. A safe environment for them to run around in.

Better advertising around town me thinks.

Also, maybe a few more free entry days would help. Wouldn't this raise the profile a bit and bring in some money from the bar?

We could definitely advertise it more. Just need to find the time. Hopefully we get one or two more volunteers soon.

We have raised our attendances 4 years running from average 79 in 2009/10 to average 119 in 2013/14 and we will do so again in 2014/15. We always tell people that we do not set targets for league positions......if we keep increasing the fan base then it will eventually get reflected in league positions.

We got 307 on Saturday compared to 404 the previous year but they were both great days. We are talking about doing another big day in September so watch this space.
