Dil's

Postby Louis M » Tue 25 Feb, 2014 11:23 am

I had previously gone to Dil’s twice, the last time about 2 years ago. The food then was terrible and I refused to ever go back. I had a quick look on trip adviser yesterday and all the recent reviews were 5 star so I decided to give it a go.
I have to say that the food was really tasty and obviously very fresh. The portions were also very good as was the total price.
Needless to say I will be going back very soon.

I'm not a regular visitor but have always been happy with the food and service when I have gone there

Love the food, Plenty of choice and always taste good. Cobra on draught which always goes down well. 8.5/10

I've never been to an Indian restaurant where the draught Cobra had anywhere near the flavour of the bottled variety .

Totally agree - Often found that the draft is very inconsistent at Indian restaurants so always opt for the bottle !

The same guys used to run the Curry Centre in Cowbridge. Now that was a great takeaway!

Cobra is best in the large bottles - 660ml. Fees like you are buying a pint but its more!

We had a takeaway from Dils last night, was excellent as ever. I miss the Curry Centre!

I am biased, but have been going here regularly for many years. The food and service has been consistently good throughout

I like the food a lot.

Just a bit uneasy with it's relatively low food hygiene rating of only 2.
