I would guess that this is no small part because of the action of Peter Ruffles.
I saw him in the area this evening checking it all out.

The guy is a legend - no matter what your political allegiances, this guy loves Hertford, and will give his all for the Town

So pleased to see that the lights were back on on Friday evening when i left work. Thanks to everyone that reported and a big thank you to Mr Ruffles, it cannot be a coincidence that they came back on so soon after your comment. Myself and all the girls at work are hugely appreciative!
