EE signal problems in Hertford

Is anyone else having problems with EE signals? Just keep getting missed calls but it never rings. The EE shop says there is a problem with County Hall mast but it's been 10 days now and I am beginning to wonder. Thanks

And I thought it was just me - since early last week most calls going straight to voicemail without the phone ringing and I've tried all of the privacy options!
Thanks for the information as I was getting nothing from the EE sites.

I've had the same - I just thought that it was my inability to understand the 'settings' tab on the phone

It works for now if you turn off 4G and just have the phone working on 3G. Glad its not just me
