The "Carnival" this year was a joint effort organised by Hertford Town Council and the Rotary Club of Hertford.

And very well they did too, in my opinion. As John B has observed, there is far more to organising public events than meets the eye...

An excellent website if I may say so. Informative too, and there's clearly an opportunity for others to get involved if they have something to add, or feedback to give. Roll on next year's Carnival!
