Yes but as mdja said, you still have to fill in a form to sign up and take it. As I work full time in London, this is not easy.

I work in London as well, so it was a pain registering. I just completed the form in advance and handed it in when I had an appointment; as I mentioned the ability to register has been up and running for about a year
