Food swapping comes to Hertford

Not sure whether anyone else would like to come along to this but I went to the first one and came back with a fab haul of beer, chilli sauce, bread and biscuits in return for various jams. So if you're interested in local food the next one Sat 21st June. Full details at:

What a shame, I would have had a full pack of mouldy almonds but not a half pack.

I've been sorting out our cellar and have a dozen or so bottles of bottle conditioned home brew from the nineties. We cracked one open and it tasted fine according to OH. He wasn't brave enough to finish it though
