There's a half page piece in the March edition of Axis magazine about the proposal with a suggested 2015 date (which I guess at this stage is just a back of an envelope date).

I think we all knew that once Sainsbury's was established Waitrose would re think their presence in Hertford. The fact that you can get your parking money back at Sainsburys but not at Waitrose probably has another bearing on it.

Like Codek2 says, since it opened. The £10 condition is typically waived.

A lot of people use it, me included as it saves me going right round the one way system if I don't need to. See a lot of people park and then walk across the bridge.
