Il Vino empire expands

I see Il Vino have opened up a cafe on Fore street, in the shop that used to sell bits and bobs by the post office alley. This was rumoured before and now it's come to pass. I don't want to restart the (endless) debate about how many cafes Hertford can support, but thought I'd let people know it's there.
