The Pin Club

Hello there,

Please excuse me if this has been covered before. I recently started working in Hertford and have just joined the forum.

Everyday I pass 'The Pin Club' and it either seems to be closed or there's never anyone in there.

What exactly is it, and has it been going long?

Just wondering.
