Let me be the first to welcome the substantial investment that the Turkish community is bringing to the town. It's very reassuring that any group should recognise the potential that Hertford has to offer and to fill so many empty premises over such a relatively short period.

It's not an 'assumption' it's a fact. Several Turkish businesses are, or soon will be, operating in the town and very welcome they are too.
