..... is closing down after circa 15 years, due to lack of trade and high rent / rates.

A great shame - this shop has been a life saver for me on the occasions when I have needed to buy that 'special present'. The quality and style of their range, customer service, gift wrapping etc. has always been superb. Apparently they have 2 shops elsewhere which will remain open but they cannot afford to stay in Hertford.

We should not be losing shops like this.

They have a bigger shop in Bishops Stortford and another in Newmarket.
