See it is to reopen as an off licence. New sign boards now up

Just an off-licence or another of these "food and wine" outlets. Looking forward to their USP, being opposite a 24-hour Tesco.

Don't they need planning permission for change of use? And a licence?

Food and wine I think. Wondering if the couple that had it may have retired and its now under new ownership

Hopefully the sign will soon be removed - like the new shop in Parliament Square!

Ware Road is outside the Conservation Area
