A list of votes is not recorded BUT I would recommend you spend some time watching last nights proceedings on https://eastherts.public-i.tv/core/port ... ive/380219 - this is the Council and Item 2 will tell you who did not attend and Item 4 and 4(b) will inform you on the discussion and the vote outcome - which was carried with one abstention. You can register with the EHDC website to receive emails advising when meetings are and receive the audio-visual link. Trust that helps.
