Bob Deering here ! I'm afraid I'm unaware that you've been trying to get through to me. I can immediately say however that the prospective Sele development is very much on the SNAP agenda. It's one of the reasons for the Sele NP project in the first place.

Hello Bob,

Nice to see you!

Yes, I have received your reply on my other matter, so thank you.

That would explain a few things to me with regards to copying him in on transport issues and being left with HCC Officers who also also choose to not respond.

it has to be said the first half of this development looks pretty good:

*actual* houses, *actual* gardens, play space, and 100 "affordable" whatever that means.

Would agree housing looks quite pleasant but wouldn't like to comment about size until the planning application details are there. I do, however, have reservations over vehicular access, esp onto/off Welwyn Rd, clarity on improved pedestrian crossing points for both roads, and cannot see that access points are suitable for running a circular bus service - application will possibly clarify points.

Is this an indication of the prices they are going to be asking? https://www.itv.com/news/2018-10-27/hou ... per-month/
