Surely describing a 2 bed house as a 3 bed house is a bit shady?

Clearly it's a typo, as the description is correct.

I'm not so sure as the description says "currently offering two bedrooms" and I'm not sure that's a 2 bed price! :o

I think the implication is the upstairs "kitchenette" could be the third bedroom. Gosh, I haven't heard the term kitchenette since my parents converted the scullery into a bathroom and a bedroom into the kitchenette when I was three!

misleading or not looks like it sold, and if it sold for close to asking thats a strong price..
