The main road to Stevenage from the end of the Watton at Stone bypass to one of the roundabouts in Stevenage, well past brag bury end, is closed for 5 days from 9.30 to 5.30 from yesterday so it could well be true about Ware Road being during the day.

It's hardly likely to inspire confidence in their professionalism when they can't even spell "Stanstead" correctly.

After travelling between Ware and Hertford and back yesterday and today, I have seen the resurfacing being carried out. Can anyone tell me with this alleged cost saving method of resurfacing what happens to the vast volume of granite chips that are brushed into the side of the road and then swept up by the sweepers. Are these recycled for further road surfacing or are they just dumped.

well quite, and if you drive through hertingfordbury you'll notice how last winter it all got ripped off due to the weather and the road is worse than it was before!

Anyway went through today at 10am and half of it seemed to have been done already. road wasn't closed. (bit past the roundabout towards ware is done)
