Rigsby's Restaurant

Having discovered that Rigsbys in St Andrews Street is now open in the evenings, we booked for dinner last week. It's all been revamped inside and extended with doors opening to an outside terrace. All very nice indeed, and the bistro style food was lovely. Having only used Rigsbys as a lunch venue in the past, will definitely now add it to our list of potential evening venues. Seems reasonably family friendly too, especially earlier in the evening when we went. Hope it does well as it's great to have a good choice of places to go in Hertford, especially bistro restaurants.

we went for sunday breakfast a few weeks ago, sat outside, and it was lovely. some of the best pancakes i've ever had, somehow substantial yet light and fluffy! A great mustard sausage too, and very child friendly staff!

I can concur as I went in for lunch a few weeks ago and the new set up is very convivial with good quality food. I had a beetroot risotto which was tasty and well cooked :D
