Delay repay - oyster card

Postby JohnSmith » Mon 23 Dec, 2013 7:31 pm

Does anyone know how to claim compensation for a ticket paid for on an oyster card due to a delayed train?

The delay repay claim form from Greater Anglia has this option on their claim form. You have to supply a printed statement showing the date of travel in question along with the form. I presumed it would be the same for all the rail companies, but maybe not.

First Capital Connect says you can do it but doesn't explain how.

Finally found it:

Next thing we need is to have the option to have our online accounts credited rather than have old-fashioned bits of of paper posted to us.
