Very Helpful Hertford North Staff.

I got onto one of the last trains from Moorgate yesterday, put some shopping on the rack above the seats and started reading.
A cleaner came through the carriage collecting abandoned copies of the Evening Standard, including some from the racks.
It wasn't until I got to Hertford that I noticed that the cleaner had also collected and removed my shopping.
However there was still a guard on the platform at Hertford North and no sooner had I explained the situation to him than he was on the phone to Moorgate and managed to ascertain that my shopping had been handed in and he asked for it to be ready for me to pick up this morning.
It's good to be able to write positively about Hertford North.
