Looks like we could be in for a treat on Sunday if the map is accurate

When I lived in Lincolnshire as a kid I used to see these beasts all the time. I took my kids to a Duxford show last year (the youngest likes planes, the eldest doesn't) and I said that it would be memorable as it will shake the ground and turn on a wingtip. It came in low with two Folland Gnats at it's wingtips and there was a palpable sense of anticipation in the crowd...It didn't disappoint and my eldest did confess that it was impressive.

In short, do try and see this magnificent plane if it does come near.

It is at Shuttleworth near Biggleswade this Sunday (5th July).

We have tickets and I am really excited as I love the Vulcan

Got a good view of it flying past Bayford, it was at quite a low altitude so easy to spot :P
