Re: House on Millmead way
Hi everyone, My wife and I are looking to move to Hertford and have found a promising house in Millmead way. I was wondering if the online community had any opinions that you were willing to share with someone lacking the local knowledge you possess! Does the area have a nice reputation? I know it ...

Re: New timetable from Hertford North - May 2018
The choice is there - but will you stop extolling the virtues of the HFE line - how on earth will I get the privilege of sitting in a first class seat if the whole of Hertford is using the service  remind me is it the rear that is declassified? And is that AM and PM, cheers (we're all friends...

This is terrible, we’ve been given a worse service. No one I’ve spoken thinks that this is an improvement to the old. We will no doubt be paying more for these so called improvements. The fact they didn’t even consider saving at least one of the fast trains shows what they think of this branch. The...

Re: Great Northern-Thameslink Pay As You Go
If I have a season ticket, say Hertford North to London Terminals, on 'The Key' and then one day I travel on a different route, say Hatfield to Kings Cross, using KeyGo will it apply an appropriate Gold Card discount to that fare do you think? I used to have a key from Welwyn North to KX. In additi...

Re: Poudstretcher
Sorry for the offtopic, but is there Bismillah restaurant near the Poundstretcher you mentioned? It may seem weird but I'm newbie in the town and just wondering where I can have a decent meal in my local area. I'm currently staying in the castle area, can you suggest something? there is a cu...

Re: Community Charge 2018/19
50% of it is for adult social care; once you get beyond that, and children's services; there's no (relatively) that much spent on bins, libraries, roads etc
