Hmm, not sure everyone would consider this charity in the strictest sense. And what about the other schools in the town? Is Richard Hale the most deserving or needy? I would say the queueing from McDonalds onto the roundabout is definitely worse at lunchtimes. When Andrew Stevenson came round to my door electioneering a couple of years ago I mentioned the queuing and the problem/danger joining the roundabout form Gallows Hill and suggested maybe a keep clear box...
