Yes - there will, inevitably, be a clamour from concerned citizens frightened that toxins released from evil incinerators will cause all sorts of science fiction type health issues.
Truth is, done properly and well regulated, it is better than sticking it in a hole in the ground.

It is not (in most of the U.K. Outside of London) illegal to park on the pavement unless causing an obstruction. It is, however, illegal to drive on the pavement which begs the question - how did all these cars get parked on the pavement without committing an offence?
