Just an off-licence or another of these "food and wine" outlets. Looking forward to their USP, being opposite a 24-hour Tesco.

Don't they need planning permission for change of use? And a licence?

hertford-wines.jpg Apparently the council have already received complaints (yes, plural). Herford Food & Wine in The Wash had a similar issue when they put up their first unauthorised sign. They eventually had to take the sign down and put in a planning application for something more in keeping aft...
