Not sure if you are still looking for a locksmith... The guys at Lock Stock & Barrell (next to Domino's off Railway St) helped me out in the past with an emergency unlocking - and a lift across town. Seemed decent and helpful and I'd go back if I needed more locking/unlocking done.

Bridget B's is the best I have found. They cut everything pretty much as you ask for it straight from full carcasses, nothing shrinkwrapped or anything.
