I am toying with the idea of fitting the daytime running lights to both my vehicles but I just wondered if anyone else has fitted them, do they work, are they easy to fit?
The vehicles are a Peugeot 407 & Peugeot Partner (Mk1).

Re: Foggy Lights
Yes - that's the thing with fog lights - they're for fog (and not much else). As mentioned earlier its taken me 18 months to ever switch them on in my current vehicle. I suppose I haven't got to use the t in of foam the manufacturers think suffices instead of a spare wheel either (that is probably ...

Re: Foggy Lights
The DVLA have known about it since the first day and as I have never changed my driving license to a Spanish one they should still know. I did try an array of tinted glasses but the yellow ones didn't do anything for me and while I did have some success with AR coated lenses. Don't worry I will let...

Re: Foggy Lights
Kate is right Joe it is illegal to drive with fog lights when they are not needed (because of the fog - not your night blindness). More importantly if driving in the UK you must tell DVLA if you have night blindness. You can be fined up to £1,000 if you don’t tell DVLA about a medical condition tha...

Re: Foggy Lights
I find it just as irritating when some people put fog lights on when not foggy (which is actually illegal). It is not difficult to ensure your car is correctly lit for the conditions, we still check using reflections on cars/windows etc even though the cars have auto headlights. It didn't know that...

Re: Foggy Lights
I know its common sense to turn lights on in the dark/fog but i've noticed a fair few don't because as replied " lights are auto they come on when need be" .... well they are not! please stay safe and be respectful check that they have. I'm sorry, I'm not quite following you. Are you talking about ...

Re: 4G In Hertford?
I'm confused a bit though, they don't seem to have there own cell towers and rely on, or piggy back onto, T-Mobile or Orange so would it not be easier and cheaper to go to the source rather than a 3rd party? EE are Orange/T-Mobile it's the renamed company after they merged a couple of years ago. I ...

Re: 4G In Hertford?
When I checked where we have our house, SG142ED, 4G isn't available but a bit up the road it is. Here's there coverage checker https://explore.ee.co.uk/coverage-checker I'm confused a bit though, they don't seem to have there own cell towers and rely on, or piggy back onto, T-Mobile or Orange so wou...

There appears to be a converter for snitz to phpbb that "should" bring over posts, post counts, etc. http://snitz2phpbb.sourceforge.net/ Personally I have never tried it as I have worked 99.9% of the time with Invision Power Board and I usually, except under very special circumstances, steer clear ...
