Re: Second hand bikes.
eBay pretty much dominates second hand bike sales these days. Ask to see a photo of the frame number before you bid. Legit sellers will be happy to do this.

Re: Forum time
Have changed it in my settings and the time is OK now....
But if I then log out, the time in the top right corner of the Board Index page is an hour ahead of what it should be, despite the fact I'm using a UK ISP.

Forum time
Is it just me or is the time on the forum ahead by an hour?
As I'm writing this, the time is currently 13:00 GMT, but the forum clock says it's 14:00

Re: FYI: Virgin Media Customers - Speed Upgrade (Free)
We got ours bumped from 60Mb to 100Mb last summer. Virgin didn't explicitly tell us, it just happened. You've probably had higher speeds yourself for a while, just not noticed.

Re: Should Parking Be Subsidised?
Cambridge has very expensive parking, and pretty much no on-street parking in the centre. It also has the lowest empty shop rate in the UK.

Re: Should Parking Be Subsidised?
Yes. But there's no evidence that subsidising parking boosts the economy.

Re: Should Parking Be Subsidised?
The Road Users Alliance are only telling half the story there. The full report from the DfT concludes that motorists are subsidised to the tune of £9.6 billion. http://ipayroadtax.com/no-such-thing-as-road-tax/when-will-drivers-start-paying-the-full-costs-of-motoring/" target="_blank There was anoth...

Bike ride at County Hall
I recently saw a banner outside County Hall advertising a charity bike ride this weekend. There's a website listed on it for more info, but I've since forgotten it and my google-fu is letting me down. Anyone know any more details?
