What specifically is in place that stops the town flooding? Does it have something to do with the weir? Has the Barge ever flooded?

They have had the surveyors in to establish if this would be possible or not. The Hertford site cannot expand where it is, therefore they are looking at various options. They would only apparently be able to build within the confines of the actual garden centre grounds. Its a great idea to get some ...

A friend of mine who used to work at the council told me that East Herts are actively blocking development around Hertford. When you look at it, it is always on a relatively small scale. I don’t think that there should be a blanket ban and should be dealt with on a case by case application.
