All kicking off on Facebook today as well - though they were a bit out of order by the looks of things and the parents need to provide some answers for their neighbours in my opinion. I wouldn't go on holiday if I were them :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks for posting the drawings Steve, from what I can see it looks like they're eliminating the steps and widening to make the bridges more wheelchair/cycle friendly? Looks a good improvement and I hope they manage it quickly when approved as the recent works on the long bridge across the weir took...

I stopped reading it years ago when I realised that if I picked it up while waiting in a supermarket queue I could read all of the relevant stuff before they were ready to check my goods. The online is nearly as bad with all of the pop ups and I've installed an adblocker to cope with this paper alon...

Looks like Waitexit is a done deal and personally although I'm not happy about it going its time to move on. I just hope that the redevelopment is still on course and that, as a town, we can work with the developers to avoid a cheap and nasty makeover based around a multi-storey car park. There are ...

Odd time to refurbish Marilyn - just before Christmas party season? Maybe the bookings were down for this period and this has been a factor in making the decision - as usual there is little information coming from the management!
