Re: GP Surgery in Hertford Recommendation?

I just noticed that since April wallace house has been closed to new patients:

Proof of their inability to operate an adequate service.

Lets hope that things now improve! (Perhaps they have already!)

Re: Drone

what about if you catch it with a net?

Finders keepers right, on your land (well above) etc etc...

You certainly wouldn't need to hurry to return it :)

Re: Red Kite in Hornsmill

We see them along the old coach road / panshanger park daily! There's usually a couple of them. There's also a buzzard around, and in panshanger a hobby has been sighted too (although i've not seen that one) If you're ever over in oxfordshire they're as common as crows! I've read that people feed th...

Re: SG13 or SG14

You should read the latest ofsted reports on sele, and look at their results and then make your choice.

The problem for sele - is simply comparative. Simon balle, but especially presdales and richard hale are soooo good, that it makes sele look pretty mediocre.

Re: SG13 or SG14

Actually it does matter a lot, but it's not just down to postcode, it's more nuanced than that. At the moment simon balle is over subscribed, that means their locality is much reduced - so last year very few people from the villages got in. The key thing really is making sure the school of choice is...

Re: New Wine Shop

Thats interesting Darcy - It ties in with the rise of the micro pub - similar thing, a bottle shop with a few tables....

But being a brewer myself with a serious overstock problem right now - i can't say i'd use it :)
