Re: Roofer

I recommend PJ Roofing in ware. Very efficient, especially after the last storm when they must have been very busy yet came out to quote pretty quickly.

Re: Train Cancellation/Station Skipping

simply not true john smith, i've NEVER been on a service where they skipped stops. it seems we have another rgs rick on the forum, about time there was another troll around. Echoing kates comments - they do generally provide a good service and 90% of the time they dont is down to network rail.

If the service continues then potentially it will remain late all day long. there's no other way to do it. however; I've never seen...

Re: It's Wednesday so it must mean trouble on the trains

you seem to be implying that it is totally funded by the government. It is not. It also seems to me unlikely it would default on those debts - thereby the guarantee is nothing to worry about. Even if it was a private company, the government would still be implicitly guaranteeing it, as it is effecti...

Re: Foggy Lights

thats true - most importers handle that for you though. Thats why you often see some pretty nice (often japanese) sporty cars, and yet they have these cheap and nasty rear foglights cludged onto the back!

Re: Foggy Lights

No, I dont believe so.
However re: broken light there is a clause in the MOT that certain features if fitted must work, and foglights fall under that. (And there is a caveat that if the lights are uneconomical to repair people have been known to remove the switch in the cabin lol)
