There are 44 x 3 car sets of the class 313 units operating on the route that runs into Moorgate.

There are 25 x 6 car sets in the new batch, so there are an extra 18 carriages.

The Hertford North to Moorgate route will be getting 25 new trains by the end of 2018.

First day of the new timetable has started off in the worst way possible with what seems like every train being cancelles!

GN Rail's twitter feed has cited "staff shortages".

Was it the drivers' Christmas party last night?

GNRail haven't got Oyster (yet) but they are introducing a "smartcard". http://www.thameslinkrailway.com/tickets-and-fares/the-key-smartcard/ It's compatible with Oyster card readers which, I assume, means you will have to keep your Oyster card and Smartcard apart when touching tge Oyster ...

Driving around both Hertford and Stortford (the towns, not the surrounding areas) I've seen quite a few Labour posters but very few [if any] Tory or Libdem. I too look out for these.
