Hmm FCC are certainly excelling themselves.. Oh to have the WAGN days again when their initials stood for "We are Going Nowhere" at least they would just cancel a train and not dissect it in such detail...

Might I make a suggestion that if and when you get any appointment you a) mention this in your appointment situation and b) you write to the Practice Manager at Wallace house Surgery with your complaint. The forum is lovely to have a whinge, but if you really want to get things done to improve yours...

I pointed out to some staff driving into work that they should have their lights on. "Why, I can see?".. the point I made in reply was its not necessarily for you to see easier (though it helps a bit!).. its to be seen and the difference it makes to spotting a car amongst the grey and brow...

I remember the Avenue Chemist, I still have a lovely comb I bought there for 10p before it changed to the hairdressers... I didn't know there was an off licence though.. I remember we had our Silver Jubilee street party in the parking bays at the avenue shops in 1977 wonder if any of the photos show...
