And there, presumably lies the problem. Is there the demand you say, or would more regular services only be running with a couple of passengers? And if so, what price the ticket to subsidise it?

Presumably after first applying for and having a dropped curb installed - I believe an offence would be committed if you drove over the pavement to your front garden without.

Think you may have mis-read it. My interpretation is that the rent increased by at least 10k (as opposed to 10k)
