We lost the broadband for about 6 hours on one day - when I called the helpline a recorded message said there was an issue in SG13 area and it would be back on by 6pm, which it was. I think we are all in general agreement that there is often misuse of the blue badge. Presumably after first applying for and having a dropped curb installed - I believe an offence would be committed if you drove over the pavement to your front garden without.
