Well done for doing the right thing. On the same note, A few years ago my dad saw some yobs parked up in a van, open the back doors, then chuck a load of mcdonalds wrappers and drinks cartons out of the back onto the pavement in hertford. dont forget if the current boiler goes through a void to vent and thats all boxed in you'll need those inspection hatches installed now or a suitable co2 alarm system connected to the boiler which can shut it down (I think)
