Re: Car Wash

I've been using the Mimram road one for months now and it's fine - quick and efficient, no complaints.

Re: Baroosh has left the building

I've never cared much for the label "craft", which appears to be a great way to extort money out of fashion-conscious bearded types, but I will definitely give it a whirl. It's not going to be cheap though, is it :D

Re: Rushgreen Roundabout Dangerous Congestion

The queues are indeed back and if anything are worse than before. I think it's incredibly dangerous. What's the best way to register concern about this now - is it a police matter? I did spot some high viz gents handing around with clipboards a few days ago, I wonder whether that might mean someone ...

Re: New Wine Shop

I enjoyed popping in for a brief chat on Saturday on the way to the Hertford Brew Club summer picnic, and enjoyed the beers we bought later that afternoon. We'll be back in for a proper look at the wines soon as well. It's a welcome addition to the town in my opinion.

Re: Winter 2015 hertford brewers meetup

I have just about recovered from this meetup :D

A great time was had by all and I was pleased with the reception to my "Black IPA" and "Special Bitter hopped from the allotment" (must think of more snappy names...). I strongly encourage any current or would-be brewers to come along to these.

2 tickets booked today for the Bad Shepherds. We saw them a while back at a festival and they were utterly brilliant, really looking forward to this one.

Thankfully I think most residents of Hertford are well educated and rational.
