Folly Island residents are able to park in Hartham which works very well. One could equally say that if you have a car, don't buy a property in the town centre that doesn't have some sort of provision for parking. But don't you need to buy a second permt for this ? Hi all, As you may know, East Herts District Council want to start charging to park until 10pm in their car parks (Gascoyne Way, St Andrew's Street, etc), which are currently free after 6.30pm. Hi all, £1 might not seem a lot to people who are only visiting Hertford for the odd night out but it's terrible for residents!
