GA Season Ticket woes

Abellio needs to work on customer service. I lost my season ticket yesterday so when I had a chat with the ticket office at HFE. They said as I purchased the ticket online they couldn't see the details and I need to liaise with them first. Fair enough. This is where Abellio GA really needs some work...

Re: The End of Pay & Display

I would love to have seen use of ANPR as it would be a lot more convenient than having to go and enter your number on arrival. Although BG car park requires number plate to be entered you still have to pay for your duration up front (it was last time I used it!). Hopefully this will encourage more p...

Re: Smoky Mojo down, Oishii up

Oh no. Didn't realise smoky mojo was closing down.

I've always enjoyed the takeout that I've ordered there. :(

I guess if it's a good Japanese restaurant, I can cope with that.

Oyster announcement on the albelio trains

I can't believe they haven't updated the announcements on the trains.

I still hear the announcement that oyster cards are not valid beyond Broxbourne!

Re: Tesco to stop 24 hour opening

I suspect it may be to with the occasional gathering of youths at that time with hot hatches. To be fair, when I went shopping I didn't have issues with the youths and they seem to have purchased some drinks from tesco too. I don't know how often it happens as I rarely shop at those hours but just n...

Re: Extending Oyster To Hertford East

I may have mis-represented. I saw ONE person talking to a commuter about oyster and then walked off.

Apologies if I made it sound like an army of staff!

Re: Extending Oyster To Hertford East

There is more GA staff on hand this morning to help with the launch of oyster.

Haven't seen anyone use it yet!

I have a season ticket which expires soon. I'm going to have to ask the price difference (if any).

Re: Brickendonbury Malaysian Carnival

I've been the last 2 years and I highly recommend it.

Excepically if you have young children with the rides and entertainers.

The nice malay stalls are a fine treat for the adults.

My kids are already looking forward to it and a nice way to round of the summer holidays.
