I am sure that M&S would prefer a more central location. I don't currently use it as I would have to walk past Waitrose however once they are gone perhaps they will move in. Its sad but I will therefore just order online.

If its a chicken shop like Galos then its not Junk. If it is battered like KFC, its Junk food, I don't know how anyone can think otherwise. Yes, there is a bar/café at one end, but why not utilise the whole stretch of arguable one of the most beautiful areas within the town? Benches or no benches, a car park is a car pack. I wrote them a letter detailing my objection to tarmacking in front of the river, I hope they listen to the residen...
