Re: leaky tap

You will all be pleased to know that I did it myself AND got to go in my favourite shop of all time to buy the tap. :)

Wifey was

For my next job I shall fix global warming, end world hunger, and get round to that light bulb in the hallway that's been bugging me.

do my eyes deceive me?

As I drove past HN station last night I swear I thought I saw the Lesser Spotted Prisk standing outside.

Could this have been a mirage or is there an election looming?

Re: Does Hertford Need A Bypass?

Sink the road into a tunnel and build a park on top. Completely unfeasable, but so is joining cole green to rush green and avoiding us in the middle.

Re: leaky tap

I switched the valve off to the tap a while ago as it was getting pretty bad.

You know when you've been married too long when you'd rather pay a plumber than take the wife out on the proceeds

Hello all, been a while....hope all the old faces are still well.

I have a leaky outdoor tap that needs fixing. Anyone know a half decent plumber who wont charge the earth?

Thanks,

carlos F.

Re: Market Street

As I have almost been maimed twice recently on the Rush Green roundabout (once by a Fiat 500 driving Lady once by a Nissan Micra driving Lady) I would venture that 4x4 drivers are not the problem here. Lack of attentiveness/awareness/intelligence/vision of ones surroundings may be nearer the mark.

Re: Women's Cycling Tour

The whole thing seems pretty poorly advertised outside of warning signs for motorists. What time are they expected in the town centre please?

gutters etc

Hi all, we need someone to clean some gutters and check out a downpipe that may be blocked. Any good suggestions please?
