Millennium Carnival
Hertford's Millenium Carnival hit the streets in bright sunshine on Saturday 17th June. This year's theme was Hertford Through The Ages And Into The Future.

This year's carnival was the biggest ever and incorporated St.Andrews Funday in the Castle Grounds.
The Carnival is organised by Hertford Round Table, Hertfordshire Mercury, Rotary Club of Hertford, St. Andrews Church, Hertford Chamber of Commerce and East Herts Leisure.
